ABSTRAK
The
purpose of this research to investigate the contents of liquid organic fertilizer
hongkong worm feces, consist of N, P, and K, to investigate the effect of given
the liquid organic fertilizer hongkong worm feces to growth and formation the
root nodules of Long Beans, and to investigate the optimum consentration to
growth and formation the root nodules of long beans.
This
research use the Completely Random Design (RAL), consist of one factor. It’s a consentration
the liquid organic fertilizer hongkong worm feces is given. The consentration
consits of 5 levels, there are 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% consentration, with five repetitions, so they
are 25 plants experiment units. The result of parameters experiment is tested
with the SPSS program, using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) for 5% levels. If
the visible effect is find, continue to Duncan’s
Multiple Range Test (DMRT) on 5% levels. This research begining on October
2014 – Juni 2015 in greenhouse and Biologi Dasar laboratory of FMIPA UNY.
The
result of this research show (1) the contens of N, P, and K on liquid organic
fertilizer are N 0,31% b/b, P are 4.015, 93 mg/mL, and K are 3.609, 53 mg/L (2)
the 25%, 50%, 75% consentrations and control group are not true different with
the parameters of average the tall of plants, the total of leaves, the total sheet
of leaves, the long of roots, the wet of weight, and the dry of weight. While
the 100% consentration are true different with all of the growth parameters.
The 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% consentrations are not true different with the
total of root nodules average, and the nodules weight. While the control group
have the total of root nodules average and the nodules weight which is true
different with the experiment group. The liquid of organic fertilizer didn’t
give the effect of the wide leaves and the total of long beans effective root
nodules (3) the 25% consentration is optimum to grow of long beans, while the
0% consentration is optimum to formation the nodule of long beans.
Key word: the liquid
organic fertilizer, consentration, hongkong worm feces, long beans plant, growth,
formation of root nodules.
